We have 24 Hour phone and messaging service for common items such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning request and manager information will be provided for 24 hour high priority issues such as disruptive guests, plumbing, electrical or other issues. Emergencies such as fires, medical, or other issues call 911 immediately.

Self Check in/out

When you book online or through our website you will be provided with 4 digit code 48 hours before your stay for direct to cabin check in.  For same day reservations it is best to call our office at 563-880-0445, you can make a reservation same day online however a code will take up to 20 minutes to generate.

Office Hours: In order to provide the best prices, we do not provide 24 hour on site staffing.    Weekend staff will be on site from 4:00 to 7:00 each evening. 

Towels/Cleaning – Towels and toilet paper are checked daily during stays unless a do not disturb sign is set out. We do not provide daily housekeeping. Please place garbage in waste baskets. Our policy is to provide general housekeeping every three days during longer term stays which includes taking out garbage, cleaning surfaces, replacing linens as needed. Please call or message office with additional needs. If your garbage needs to be replaced sooner, you may set it outside your front door and it will be taken care of.

Pets: Pets are only allowed in unit 7A, 7B, 8A, and 8B with paid pet fee and signed pet agreement. Pets are not allowed for any amount of time in other units. Please book early as these are the only pet units that are available. Pet fee is $35.00 per night per pet. Evidence of pets in non pet unit will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 charged to credit card.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the cabins or on the patios of the cabins. Cabins are equipped with vape and smoke detectors. If you must smoke, please smoke in the parking area. A $500.00 cleaning charge will be charged to card on file for evidence of smoking.

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 7 AM is quiet time, loud or disruptive partying between these hours is not allowed. Disruptive guests will be given one formal warning, a second call back will result in immediate expulsion from the property. No loud Radios, please be respectful of other guests.

Weekend Stay: Two Night Minimum Stay on Weekends. Within the week before a given weekend, we will accept single day stays for the upcoming weekend. Please call to inquire on availability.

Check In: Check in time is anytime after 4:00 P.M. In person check is available from 4:00 to 7:00PM on weekends. You do not need to come to the front desk, the lockset in your unit will automatically accept your passcode at check in time.

Check Out: Check out time is before 11:00 A.M. No late checkouts are allowed due to the amount of time turnover takes. Feel free to send a text to 563-880-0445 that you are leaving so we can get a jump start on cleaning😊

Occupancy: All properties' occupancy is listed on the website. We do allow up to (2) people over marked occupancy for visits during the day however night time occupancy must be no more than the listed unit occupancy. (note that small children who may share a bed are acceptable)

Events/Parties: Events and parties are not allowed at this time, please contact the manager with questions.

Billing: 50% of total bill is due, to reserve a cabin with final payment automatically charged 60 days before reservation. Reservations with-in 60 days are charged in full at time of booking.

Cancellation: Full refund is allowed within 24 hours of making a booking (exception: for bookings under 7 days, no refunds will be given unless unit can be rebooked)

Cancellations after 24 hours:

Over 60 days: - 100% refund will be issued.

30 to 60 days out - If cabin cannot be rebooked guest will forfeit 50% of the full amount.

Under 30 days - if cabin cannot be rebooked guest will forfeit 100% of the full amount.

We do not offer refunds for bad weather, medical, health, family, travel bans or other emergencies.

Fitness Center – Is Open 24 Hours, please adjust cooling down to your desired level when using and back up after you leave. Please spray equipment after use and leave dirty towels in hamper.

TV- TV’s are activated with Philio to watch up to 60 channels. Please click on the philio icon and browse, in addition you are welcome to use your own logins for other streaming services, please remember to log out as you leave.

Kitchen – Feel free to use any kitchen utensils/pots/pans, feel free to load dishwasher as you leave but don’t feel obligated.

Internet – Free high speed wifi is available in each unit Password is per unit, please check guestbook in unit for password.
